"Invincible" Posters
A custom typeface and poster concept based on 2001's "Invincible" by Michael Jackson.

The typeface pays homage to the futuristic "Y2K" feel of Jackson's album. Constructed on a grid in one-point perspective, the characters introduce diagonals, which creates the dynamism necessary to play on the "Y2K" influence. The characters become spaces in space, rather than just regular letters. When used together, the characters remains legible and fun. The type's usage on the posters is slightly skewed to add energy and character to the work.

The album was released a few weeks after 9/11. The first and last poster uses tower-like structures to pay homage to the strength of New Yorkers and the country during that time.
